Suite Three / Tritonia

A real hidden spot while we were passing through. Great location, beautiful accommodation and very friendly staff who were willing to make everyone as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was rich with beautiful, fresh and tasty products. The restaurants nearby were good and the pool was well maintained and nice and spacious.

Best stay in Prince Albert! We stayed in a suite overlooking the pool and the level of comfort was amazing! From the complimentary sherry in a beautiful decanter to the fluffy bedding and cooled room one could not ask for more. The staff did everything to make our stay pleasant and the 4-course breakfast with the table laid next to the pool was something | did not expect. To top it off, the birds were fed right next to us, so we felt like we were a part of nature! I can highly recommend De Bergkant! 

Impeccable Guest House. We have traveled near and far, De Bergkant is by far the best place we have stayed at. The attention to detail, room and breakfast was impeccable! Your recent 5 star rating is well deserved. Thank you team it was an absolute treat. 

The rooms are sparkling clean and reaching towards really award level. We must mention that after 30 years, no, 40 years of world travel, the breakfast here warrants a large medal for quality, service with a smile and simply splendid choice of any kind of breakfast you could possibly want. Bravo, Chapeau!

Everything. Was an amazing experience. The staff, location, the rooms, the grounds and most especially the food were exceptional. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

In a league of its own. We spent 3 weeks travelling around South Africa and from the moment we arrived at De Bergkant we understood it was a special place. Tracey went out of her way to anticipate guests needs and we never saw her without a huge smile. We had a suite for a couple of nights and the small details (fridge, bar sink etc) made all the difference to our stay in high temperatures. The breakfasts are exceptional and worth travelling for!

The stay at De Bergkant was an unforgettable experience. The complex is fantastic (garden, 4 pools, tree stock, building, furniture). We were welcomed very warmly and looked after during the stay. Good tips about restaurants. The breakfast was exceptional (fresh fruit, cakes, bread, etc etc.) with tablecloths. All requests were fulfilled. You are sad when you have to leave. The best accommodation so far in our long ZA travel history

Absolutely amazing stay as always! So nice to see a place I have grown up visiting transitioned into such good hands. Bronnie and Tara are amazing hosts and with Tracey ensure that all the stays we’ve had there are great! Great stay and looking forward to the next thank you all!

Flawless. Another superb stay at this little gem! We have stayed in two different suites and a standard room over the past two years and all were fabulous! Great bathrooms with double showers and free standing baths. Quiet aircon. Lovely pool areas and a breakfast fit for a king! Thank you to all the staff for an amazing stay
